User Experience Researcher (Mid-Senior)

Our clients are seeking a Skilled Researcher to assist with the development of multinational products entering multiple markets


  • Take part in Discovery Research through analysis of the Market, Consumer insights, and more
  • Coordinate market and consumer insights into the design and digital product process
  • Be an integral part of the international design team while providing assistance to juniors
  • Conduct Qualitative and Quantitative research to better yield valuable insights
  • Strong analytical abilities in understanding human behaviour and trends


  • Bachelor’s degree in applied psychology, Master’s, or PhD would be a bonus
  • 4-5 years of market-to-consumer insight research experience, UX Research is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills in sharing insights and training with teammates
  • Understanding and experience with Qualitative and Quantitative research methods
  • Business proficiency in English, and/or Chinese
