Digital Product Manager – Omni-Channel (APAC)

My client is seeking for this talent to develop and drive its Regional roadmap to develop and implement seamless, leading omnichannel experiences online


  • Build and develop Omni-channel initiatives, new feature sets and customer experiences
  • Architect and design the latest technology to identify emerging trends, best practices, and opportunities for innovation
  • Leverage data analytics, customer feedback with existing experiences to identify opportunities to maximize customer value
  • Develop digital customer journey portfolio and  overcome obstacles to complete projects and deliver results
  • Work along with multiple business stakeholders and cross-functional teams: Digital business owners, Customer Experience, Marketing, Creative, Technology, Operations and external vendors


  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of experience preferred in product management/ e-commerce role
  • Strong project management, partnership and collaboration skills
  • Experience working across all digital platforms (website, mobile applications, digital portals) in Agile Sprint
  • APAC Regional Project Management experiences is a big plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
