Community Manager

Our client is one of the leading blockchain organisation to build high-assurance blockchain products. This role will be the main point of contact between the brand and the community.


  • Support new product development and product enhancements
  • Define product support KPIs and performance analysis
  • Work on social media content
  • Create engaging campaigns and events for the community
  • Manage the support ticketing system
  • Work closely with different teams to maintain and expand the community


  • Solid experience with community management, operation or product support
  • Familiar with support ticketing system
  • Hands-on social media management
  • Knowledge of blockchain and crypto
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills in English
  • Experience with remote working environments
