Business Development Executive – Solution Sales

Our client is the Top 10 player in the insurance/ reinsurance sector and they’re looking for a seasoned Business Development Executive to boost the business performance with their international team:


  • Develop and implement the sales strategies for the solution products from pitching to delivery
  • Work with marketing and product teammates to develop marketing strategies to maximize the product’s market exposure
  • Conduct market research to understand the strengths and opportunities of the solutions
  • Build relationships with clients to expand the product’s market shares


  • Minimum 10 years of business development experience in either finance, technology, consulting, solution or professional service
  • Solid experience in the B2B approach
  • Experience in finance/insurance technology and/or consulting is highly preferred
  • Fluent in English is a must. Fluency in Chinese and/or other Asian languages is a plus
