Business Development/Account Manager (Telecom)

My client is a Leading Telecommunication Equipment Supplier, working on products 5G CPE, MIFI, and Future AIOT Technology Innovation. It combines the Advanced Technologies of Silicon Valley in the US with China’s high-end Manufacturing Level.

  • Create and execute strategic sales plans; Analyze market trends to identify areas for growth
  • Manage a team of Partner Account Managers and Sales Managers
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Maintain sales performance and metrics; Act as the Customer Advocate to ensure that the organization remains customer-focused
  • Assist in account development, sales planning, forecasting, overseas events, and conferences


  • 5+ years of experience in wireless telecommunication equipment sales
  • Expert with 4G/5G small cell products, CPEs, MiFi, Dongles, etc
  • Equip network/collaboration experience with major wireless operators in APAC is highly preferred
  • Proactive team player who can work with different global functional teams
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Self-driven and target-oriented person
