Administrative Officer


  • Maintain filing system and administrative work
  • Build and maintain a good relationship with senior management and team members to provide efficient support
  • Organise calendars, interview coordination, and related applications
  • Completing end of month staff expenses, replenishing office equipment, water/coffee orders
  • Coordinate couriers and outgoing mail, distributing incoming mails
  • Provide support to the recruitment process
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments as required


  • Degree graduate; Physiology, Social Sciences, HR
  • Knowledge with HK Employment Ordinance, payroll and tax-related
  • Mature, responsible, organised and able to work independently
  • Willing to learn new things
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
  • Excellent communication skills of written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
